DC Servicios Ambientales becomes MetOcean’s agent in Spain

Dartmouth, NS, Canada, July 20, 2012 – MetOcean Data Systems is pleased to announce the official signing of an agent agreement with Spanish based company DC Servicios Ambientales.

MetOcean designs and produces state-of-the-art data acquisition systems and is a leading global supplier of innovative products such as MetOcean’s buoy and profiler product line (SVP, iSPHERE, iSLDMB, NOVA) and NOVATECH™ beacons and flashers. Established in 1985, MetOcean has been a global leader in integrated systems used for real-time monitoring, and has developed niche markets to support a wide array of commercial and scientific applications.  These markets include oil and gas, search and rescue, oceanographic, meteorological, military, asset tracking, polar, aquaculture, and surveillance.

This agreement, among other things, will incorporate the promotion of NOVATECH’s proven beacon and flasher product line in Spain and Portugal as well as MetOcean’s buoy and profiler product line in Spain.
