MetOcean Telematics Completes Divestment of UK Security Business to NSSLGlobal
Dartmouth, Nova Scotia (September 29, 2026) – MetOcean Telematics has completed the divestment of its UK Security business to NSSLGlobal, a global provider of satellite communications and critical connectivity solutions.
The transaction marks an important step in MetOcean’s continued evolution. It strengthens the company’s focus on the three business lines at the centre of its growth strategy: SatCom/IoT, Environment and Defence.
For MetOcean, the change allows the company to put more resources behind the products and technologies that are central to its business today, while continuing to invest in new capabilities across its three core markets. MetOcean Telematics remains an independent and growing company, and its commitment to customers, partners and employees is unchanged.
