Overview
Circuit Switched Data allows for dial-up services. It can be used for larger amounts of data, including files of dozens or hundreds of megabytes.
CSD is ideal for applications where a limited number of field devices need to send their data a few times per day, or where the user, from a central location, reaches out to the field applications to retrieve their data.
